Return & Exchange Policy

At Yufta, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Yufta website. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept return requests for products purchased through our indirect online and offline distributors.

At Yufta, we have a 7-day return and exchange policy that gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased from Yufta.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a Valid Return and Exchange:

  1. All product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
  2. The product must be unused.
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
  4. The shipping charge of ₹ 99 is applicable to returns and exchanges of products.
  5. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  6. Whenever you return a product, make sure you get a receipt.
  7. Make sure the bag is sealed in front of you.
  8. For further claim processing, make sure you take a video of the packed parcel and keep it safe with you. We will not be liable for any refunds or exchanges if the wrong product or incomplete product is received in return.
  9. Products that do not fall under the return or exchange policy are marked as No Return, No Exchange on the product page. Please make sure to check the description before making the purchase.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Exchange are done free of charge if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: A one-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO Yufta, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us based on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Or To raise a return request, please drop us an email on info@yufta.com and we will process your request. Kindly share the order ID, product name and product SKU in the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP

We make three attempts to pick up the item; if the item is not picked up in the first attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care number.: +91 7877125042

EXCHANGES:

At Yufta we have 7-day exchange policy, If you choose to exchange the item for reason such as a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a free replacement of the item. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Only size exchanges are allowed.
  2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR FREE PRODUCT DETAILS:

  • Any items purchased during a BOGO sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free), Buy 2 Get Extra Discount, or any other promotion where free products or extra discounts are included will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

  • NOTE : WE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
