On Yufta you can initiate your return very easily. Follow the steps below:

Steps to initiate a exchange:

• First open website and scroll to the bottom.
• Now in Information Tab, Click on Return & Exchange.
• Now in first column fill your order id which you have recieved on E-Mail/SMS/Whatsapp (Order Id looks like: #1001)
• In second column fill your registered phone/email id whichever you have used while placing your order.
• After filling the necessary details, Click on Request Button.
• You will be redirected to next page. Where your order summary will be available just like:

Customer name : Sean Paul

Order Id : 1001

Order placed on: 2011-11-11 12:12:12

Payment mode : COD/Prepaid

Total amount : Rs9876.54

• Now click on the Return button and complete the return process.

No Worries, At Yufta you can request exchange if you have ordered the wrong size by mistake.

If you want to place a bulk order or want to buy in wholesale:

• Go to bottom of the page you are on.
• In YUFTA menu click on the wholesale enquiry button.
• Fill out the form and our expert sales team will get in touch with you to place your order.

If you want to apply any specific discount coupon for your shopping list follow the steps below:

• On checkout page, Right under the product details there is a discount code or gift card option.
• In the column fill your discount code or voucher yo want to apply to your order.
• If you want to remove the pre-appiled discount or gift voucher. Click on close icon (X) on the pre-applied voucher.

If you want to shop by new to old date sort by type:

• First open any collection page you want to shop.

For Desktop & Mobile follow same steps:

• First Select sort by which is available in right side.
• Click on the sort by option and select the type you want.
• Your page will refresh automatically by the sort by you have applied.
